The Site provides educational content, course materials, project management tools, and collaborative resources for students enrolled in the AS26 Advanced Studies program at ISU. Access to certain areas of the Site may require authentication.

The Site integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google Analytics, Firebase, GitHub, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ISU is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
If the Site facilitates payment processing (e.g., through Stripe API or PayPal), all transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor. ISU does not store credit card information directly. Refund policies are governed by the specific program or service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISU, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg, France.
ISU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
